The "Stripping Tower / Absorption Tower" is an ammonia treatment facility designed to separate and recover ammonia from wastewater containing ammonia (including salts). Operation is fully controlled by an automatic sequence, with complete unmanned operation except for the button operation to stop the system. The lower part of the absorption tower functions as a barometric condenser, circulating and cooling the absorbed ammonia water, and concentrating the ammonia/water vapor that exits from the top of the stripping tower. Additionally, by performing a reflux from the absorption tower to the stripping tower, it is possible to recover ammonia at any desired concentration up to 35 wt%. 【Features】 ■ Reaction Section - Reacts ammonium chloride with caustic soda to release ammonia. ■ Discharge Section - Supplies the wastewater reacted in the reaction section to the stripping tower. - By introducing steam from the bottom of the stripping tower, ammonia/water vapor is extracted from the top of the tower, and treated water containing NaCl is extracted from the bottom of the tower. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
